BRL Management employs a specialist team of Assured Short-hold Tenancy (AST) managers. Your property manager will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all rents are collected and remitted in a timely manner.
- Ensure gas safety certificates and smoke alarms tests and all other statutory testing is carried out on behalf of the landlord.
- All expenditure carried out on behalf of the landlord is reported with rent statements with a clear breakdown and evidence of invoices or receipts.
- Monitoring of break dates and rent reviews to ensure income streams are maximised at all times.
- Issuing statutory Section 21 notices in house.
